HDR, Landscape & Panorama Gallery

Most of the photographs in this gallery are high dynamic range images (HDR) which are made by photographing a scene at many different exposures to obtain proper exposure in light and dark areas of the scene. The photographs are then merged and tone-mapped in post-production to create a single photograph with great color and tone.

These photographs were made during Kevin’s travels around New England, including Walden Pond, Minuteman National Historical Park and downtown Concord, MA. Also included are photographs from Quechee Gorge in Vermont, a panorama from the Scarborough, Maine seacoast as well as images from a trip to St. Lucia in the Caribbean.
