Sandi & Tim’s Granite Rose Wedding Reception

A day after a Lakes Region wedding with Maryann and Kim, I was further south for Sandi and Jim’s wedding at Methuen Music Hall in Methuen, MA. After the ceremony and a few formal photos, we headed back to NH for their wedding reception at the Granite Rose function facility in Hampstead. I photographed Sandi’s brother’s wedding last year as well.

An engagement photography session with Boston wedding photographer Kevin Jacobus is an experience celebrating the beginning of the journey of wedding planning. Often the first time a couple has been professionally photographed together, scheduling an engagement photography session is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and to get to know your photographer. We can go anywhere you like- we regularly photograph couples in parks in Boston, beaches in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine as well as urban environments.

In addition to prints and gallery wrap canvas, DVD slideshows set to music along with a link to share on social networks like Facebook are available in addition to photo guest books, signature boards, and a variety of photos provided by the photo shoot can be used for your save the date cards.

Julie and David’s wedding at Zorvino Vineyard

I was lucky enough to have the July 4th weekend off and I took the opportunity to visit Montreal with my brother and cousins, but before I left, I photographed Julie and David’s wedding in Sandown, NH at Zorvino Vineyard July 3, 2009. Heavy rain meant we couldn’t take full advantage of Zorvino’s amazing backdrop. The ceremony was inside and formals were cut short, but we all made the best of it and had a great time. Julie and Dave are big country fans, so their DJ, Eric Buford accomodated!

Sarah and Jon’s Wedding at The Granite Rose

Sarah and Jon were married at the First Congregational Church in Methuen, MA, followed by a reception at The Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH, Sunday June 29. It was hot and humid, so everyone was glad to get inside following formal photos. Later, we had quite a thunderstorm that almost stopped the music–power flickered a bit and everyone held their breath for a moment.
